The home out of the 2014 film, The Little Death, starring Josh Lawson, has sold for around the $3.5 million guide.
The buyer has been revealed as Samsung Australia head of marketing Josh Grace and his wife Kim.
McGrath Lane Cove’s Karl Ferguson said the couple had been looking for some time and loved the home’s appeal and design.

The result was a long time coming, with 70 Austin St, Lane Cove, originally scheduled to go to auction on November 3.
Mr Ferguson said unique homes at this price point would always take time to sell as they appealed to a specific buyer.
“We saw a huge increase in interest for the home at the start of the year,” he said. “On New Year’s Day we had 17 inquires, which is something I have never seen before.”
The four-bedroom home has also appeared in a number of television commercials for KFC and for the Samsung Galaxy S6 launch.
The vendor Shaun Madden designed the property from scratch, and wanted the home to be as environmentally friendly as possible, despite having little experience in home design.
Eco features include a 10,000 litre water tank, 40 solar panels on the roof and solar hot water
When the home first went up for sale, Mr Ferguson said the home was suited to families looking to upsize.
“It is an aspirational home, something many aspire to get. The home is the highest level of luxury in Lane Cove,” he said.
Sitting on 708sqm, it has two bathrooms, a double garage, swimming pool and an expansive deck.
