The downsizers are selling their five-bedroom, two-storey Sylvania Waters home after 27 years ownership.

The Sutherland Shire has been among Sydney’s recent top regions, securing a 75 per cent success rate this month — up from 56 per cent last year.
Sydney had an 81 per cent preliminary clearance rate across its 444 weekend auctions, according to CoreLogic. Listing volume was down on a year ago, when 572 auctions returned a 52 per cent final clearance.
Mr Stevens, 61, who is now a Macquarie Group director, joins the sellers who have signed up for September auctions hoping the city’s price recovery is well underway.
