A prominent local franchise owner has recently sold his near-perfect Yarramalong acreage for $1.68 million.
During its marketing campaign, the property at 89 Hills Lane was one of the top searched properties online, with buyers loving the immaculate standard of the home.
Just four years old and custom-built by the vendors, no expense was spared on the large 5.2ha acreage, which included a billiards room, home theatre and standout designer kitchen.

With a price guide of $1.65 million-$1.7 million, agent Shaun Coffey from Capital One Wyong said the sale price was a good result.
“We had multiple offers during the campaign. The buyer was a local Jilliby resident who was upgrading,” he said.
According to CoreLogic, the vendor was Brett Moore, Head of Franchise Operations for Dominos Pizza Australia.
