An elegant American farmstead-and-Hamptons-inspired property hidden inland on the Mornington Peninsula is making waves at the top end of the market.
The 3.12ha property at 230 Myers Rd, Balnarring was the most viewed listing in Australia to end 2018 and kick start the new year on realestate.com.au.
While no doubt plenty can only dream of setting foot in the laid-back luxe four-bedroom home, Aqua Real Estate director Michelle Skoglund said those with the cash to seal a deal that would “definitely have a six in front of it” were also showing plenty of interest.

“It’s definitely causing a lot of excitement on the Mornington Peninsula,” she said.
“There is very strong inquiry. I’ve had at least five calls a day since it went online (two weeks ago) from people trying to get through prior to the first open for inspection.”
A pool, spa, fire pit, pool house and extensive horse facilities are some of the exclusive elements to enjoy on the expansive grounds.
The two-year-old house has soaring ceiling heights in the main open-plan living area, with stone features and American oak timber flooring also driving a deluxe Hamptons aesthetic.
Balnarring is about an hour from Melbourne. The property’s first inspection is tomorrow, January 5, from 2.30-3pm.
