ABC broadcaster Dr Rachael Kohn and property developer husband Tom Breen have been revealed as the new owners of a $9.9 million Mosman home.
The couple formally took ownership of the four-bedroom European-inspired home just before Christmas, according to CoreLogic.
The figure they paid in October is at the top of the $9.5 million-$9.9 million guide that McGrath agents Piers van Hamburg and Michael Coombs had on the property.

Named Tarascon, the 1930s house is the former home of John Hobson, the founder of boutique corporate advisory shop Andromeda Partners, and his wife Roslyn Wells.
Records show they previously tried to sell the home in 2017 with an asking price of $9.5 million-$10.4 million.
At the time of the sale, Mr van Hamburg said that the buyer was a local who fell in love with the property.
“The buyer would walk past and always admire it. They fell in the love with home from the moment they stepped inside,” he said.
Dr Kohn joined the ABC in 1992 and presents programs on religion and spirituality for ABC Radio National including The Spirit of Things.
She also released a number of books including The New Believers: Re-imagining God.
Mr Breen has been the CEO of Breen Property since 2007. He also founded the Waste Management and Disposal Centre and was the managing director of Status Resources Australia, a mining company for 26 years until 2006.
The couple are listed as diamond patrons of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, with donations totalling $50,000 plus per annum.
Their home is described as an entertainer’s dream, complete with a 2400-bottle wine cellar.
The formal lounge, dining room and sitting room feature European oak parquetry floors, with French doors in the living and dining rooms opening onto a balcony and terrace with Balmoral views.
