A man is fighting for his life after he was hit and driven over by a car in Roxburgh Park, in Melbourne’s north.
The Craigieburn man was with friends at a reserve off Lakeside Drive, when he was struck by a white car about 4pm on Friday, police say.
The impact caused him to land on the bonnet of the car, before he fell off it and was run over by the car. The driver left the scene.
The victim was taken to hospital with multiple injuries and is in a life-threatening condition.
Police spoke to witnesses at the scene but do not have a more detailed description of the car and are hoping to speak with anyone who may have information.
